Vegan foods are conquering the market due to increasing consumer demand. In fact, many decide, for ethical or intolerance reasons, to renounce all those foods containing ingredients of animal origin. Therefore, the study and development of vegan products, replacing the ingredients in such a way as to obtain good foods, represents one of the strengths to be used with my collaboration.
The broad knowledge of the world of food and raw materials represents an added value that companies often do not have. Having to rely on outsiders is therefore essential to rely on highly qualified and competent in the field, able to know exactly the properties and characteristics of individual raw materials. Only in this way it will be possible to replace the forbidden ingredients, creating respectable vegan products, capable of making millions of consumers fall in love.
The growing demand for vegan products should make companies reflect in order not to be caught unprepared, but to act in advance and start producing foods that meet these requirements. Suffice it to say that in 2018 the offer of vegan products has increased according to the share of vegetarians and vegans present in our country, which is estimated to be 7.3%.
The many years of work in the food sector allow me to give the right attention to these products, as well as, thanks to the constant updating regarding the regulations in force, I can give the necessary advice to every reality decides to dedicate a part of its production to the world Vegan.
